These Terms and Conditions apply to all private hire transport services and vehicle hire services provided by Premier Travel Ltd (“the Operator”). By making a booking or hiring a vehicle, customers agree to be bound by these terms.
Premier Travel Ltd provides:
• Private hire transport services through licensed drivers and vehicles
• Vehicle hire services for short-term and long-term rental
All private hire journeys must be pre-booked.
Private hire journeys may be booked via:
• Telephone
• WhatsApp Business
• Email
• Website
• Mobile application (once operational)
Vehicle hire bookings may be arranged directly with Premier Travel Ltd.
Customers must provide accurate personal, journey and contact information.
Fares are calculated based on distance, time, vehicle type and any additional charges such as waiting time, tolls or parking.
Rental prices are agreed in advance and may be daily, weekly or long-term.
Payments may be made by:
• Bank transfer
• Card or electronic methods
• Cash where agreed
Deposits may be required for vehicle hire.
• Free cancellation before driver dispatch where possible
• Cancellation or no-show fees may apply after dispatch
• Cancellation terms will be outlined at time of hire
• Deposits may be partially or fully retained depending on notice provided
Premier Travel Ltd may cancel services for safety or operational reasons with refunds where applicable.
All private hire bookings are contracted between the passenger and Premier Travel Ltd as the licensed private hire operator. Premier Travel Ltd accepts full responsibility and liability for private hire journeys in accordance with TfL regulations.
Customers hiring vehicles must:
• Hold a valid driving licence
• Provide required identification
• Drive vehicles responsibly and lawfully
• Return vehicles in agreed condition
Customers are responsible for damage, fines, congestion charges or penalties incurred during hire unless otherwise agreed.
• Seatbelts must be worn
• Smoking and illegal substances are prohibited
• Unsafe behaviour may result in service termination
• Vehicles must not be misused during hire
Private hire journeys operate under appropriate insurance policies in line with TfL requirements.
Vehicle hire insurance terms will be confirmed at time of rental.
Lost property will be logged and stored securely. Collection may be arranged with proof of ownership.
Premier Travel Ltd is not liable for delays or losses caused by events beyond reasonable control including traffic, weather, accidents or mechanical issues.
By booking a journey or hiring a vehicle from Premier Travel Ltd, customers confirm they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all private hire transport services and vehicle hire services provided by Premier Travel Ltd.
By making a booking or hiring a vehicle, customers agree to the terms outlined below.
• Cancellations made before a driver has been dispatched are normally free of charge
• If a driver has been dispatched or has arrived at the pickup location, a cancellation fee may apply
• Failure to attend the pickup location without notice may result in a no-show charge
Refunds may be issued where appropriate for:
• Cancellations made in advance
• Operator cancellations
• Service issues where applicable
Refunds are normally processed within 5–10 working days using the original payment method.
• Cancellations made prior to vehicle collection may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on notice period
• Deposits may be refundable where cancellation is made within agreed timeframes
• Early return of hired vehicles does not automatically entitle customers to a refund unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Security deposits may be held to cover damages, penalties, late returns or cleaning charges
• Remaining balances will be refunded once the vehicle is inspected and cleared
Refunds for deposits are normally processed within 5–10 working days.
Refunds may not be issued for:
• No-show private hire bookings
• Late cancellations after dispatch
• Breach of rental agreement terms
• Damage or misuse of hired vehicles
• Penalties incurred during hire

Premier Travel Ltd reserves the right to assess each refund request fairly based on service delivery, booking conditions and contractual agreements.
